Sarah, Just a thought - lots of people find it very helpful to write down what they are feeling - a journal or diary as such. There is no right or wrong about what you write - just how you feel. Feelings that your Dad might normally talk about to your Mum, he can write down. Sad things, Glad things, Mad things, Angry Things, Anything. Later on you can reflect on and see how far you have travelled. Hugs to you all. Julie
