Default Janet Crombie (nee Seggie) b 1860 Midlothian

I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction please to find a death record or certificate for Janet Crombie?
Janet Seggie b 1860 in Midlothian, Scotland married William Crombie b 1862 in West Calder, Midlothian, Scotland in 1883.
By 1884 they had moved to Northumberland, Newcastle Upon Tyne, where they had 4 daughters, the youngest being Mabel b 1890.
Janet died - I don't know when - and the only burial I can find for a Janet Crombie is back in Scotland in Crighton in 1897.
William Crombie is in Heaton, Northumberland with their 4 daughters in 1897, and re-married in November of that year - a Widower on the Marriage Certificate.
So far I have unable to find a Death record for Janet.
Thank you in advance for any help!

Scotland's People has a death registration for a Janet Seggie 1897 Dumfries, age 36, reference 821/221, other surname Crombie.

Cass, you need to register with Scotlands People, buy some credits (Credits cost £0.25 each and are available in batches of 30 (£7.50) or 40 (£10)) and you can then purchase a copy of the entry and see it immediately. To view an entry from the statutory register of deaths costs six credits, so £1.50. A lot cheaper than certificate copies from England/Wales!
