Default Problem with FTM 2012

I've just done a data errors report and many of my individuals are coming up

"This individual's children sort order may be incorrect"

I have noticed that when I do a descendant report that the children don't come up in the right order but how do I rectify it?

I have got a FTM 2014 which I will be using at the end of the week - will uploading that make a different to this error?

Thanks Kite - still couldn't fathom it out.

I need an idiots guide with pictures lol.

Thing is the order is correct on Ancestry and the trees are linked so can't understand it.
