The marriage is on FreeREG and gives his parish of residence as Scarcliffe, Derbyshire. Witnesses Jos Tarleton and John Pitchfork.

I'm sure I've had a look for him before, not sure that the baptism and the death reg you have are correct. I'll see if I can find some old threads about him...

Okay, looking at the thread for Francis's wife Mary, it looks likely that Francis died before 1841 and is not the one who died in Nottingham in 1850:
Mary Unwin

I don't know how you know he was born in Nottinghamshire or how you know he is the one baptised at Worksop? It looks as though there were Revells at Scarcliff for decades before Francis and Mary's marriage, and quite a few Francis Revells in Derbyshire to sort out.

This info has come from lady who has done large Revill tree I dont think her stuff is very reliable Kate thats why I wanted the threads up so I knew I had right people

That death in 1850 is for a 4 month old child according to the NBI.

My advise Babs would be NEVER to copy other peoples trees, they are invariably wrong.

16 March 1845
