Please could anyone check if Augustus Edward Clifford who is listed as a soldier in Canada on ancestry was born in Stow on the wold Gloucestershire.

Thanks very much Mary. He is definitely one of mine the family were stone masons back to about 1640. They owned a quarry called the pits.
