I haven't had a look at the original entry myself, something I'd like to do when I've saved up enough money to hire a researcher, but someone on another forum kindly did so for me back around 2011.
They were Edward Symons, either the bride's father or her brother and a name the volunteer thought was Fanny Dawkins, which is one of the reasons I'd like to have a look at the entry for myself. I've learnt a lot more about the importance of viewing at least an image of the original records since then.
