Default Help to clean up please

Any chance of any one cleaning this picture up please ? ie removing the biro circles on three of the faces.

Thank you Merry ! This was a picture from another family member showing her mother (at the back) and her twin brothers. One of the twins died at aged 13 and this is only one of two pictures we have of him !!!

If you have the original and can scan it at a higher resolution, then the restores will be clearer (and easier to work on)
