Possible marriage on FamilySearch - John Willsher married Sarah Ardley 25 May 1769 at Cressing, Essex. Pretty close to Coggeshall.

Possible baptism? Independent Protestant, Great Wigborough, Essex, Sarah Ardley born 11 Jul 1751, parents Benjamin Ardley and Sarah.

Then SEAX lists the will of a Benjamin Ardley, yeoman of Cressing, 28 Jul 1775. So possibly the will might mention his daughter Sarah, wife of John Willshire, and give enough info to determine whether it's your Sarah or not. Or of course, maybe it won't!
