There's a George Samuel Kilbey baptised 2 Jun 1805 at St Mary Rotherhithe, Surrey, parents Richard and Matilda, in the LMA records on ancestry.

And then a George Kilby burial at St Leonard Shoreditch (where Amelia Cecilia was baptised), 30th May 1806, age 13 months, abode Harris Place. He was age 39 days on his baptism so the age would fit.

Ooh, and FamilySearch has a Matilda Louiza Kelby baptised 17 Nov 1802 at St Mary Rotherhithe, parents Richd and Matilda. I'll have a look at it on ancestry when I stop getting that boy with the noose!
I don't know whether it's a coincidence, but in the gap between George Samuel and Amelia Cecilia, there are some baptisms up in Hull on FamilySearch: Richard James Kilby born 1799, baptised 1808 Samuel George Kilby born 1807, baptised 1808 Henry Dean Kilby 1809 |

Checked that Matilda Louiza baptism on ancestry and the surname could be either Kelby or Kilby.
