If he was born in Pontypool, then the only possible one of those would be the one that you already have, wouldn't it?

Howie was saying that most of those areas came under Pontypool years ago and are Monmouthshire

Yes, they are Monmouthshire, but I don't understand what he means about "came under Pontypool" - those are separate districts from Pontypool?

Oh he might have meant they all came under Momouthshire then Kite its a couple years ago now and its remembering exactly the way things where sorted out over a few nights , he has lived near that area all his life ;;;just flustrating more than anything ;;
