Help
I've scanned some old photos onto my computer and uploaded them to photobucket. I tried to follow the guidelines above but I think photobucket has changed its format and I can't resize them from the original small and very small scans.
Would appreciate any assistance as I do have several very old photos I'm desperate to improve to hopefully include in a photobook. Can someone have a look and see what I'm doing wrong when uploading. Thanks. |

Hi JBee
Photobucket certainly has changed in the last few days ! At the moment it's a real muddle as far as I can see but what exactly are you hoping to do with your pics ? Are you wanting to put them on here for restoration ? A good scan is THE most important bit. That means you want a BIG file size and you should scan at 300 - 600 and at 100% scale at least. Your Photobucket file size should be set to the maximum (1MB for the free account) Am in a rush and I have to go out now but hopefully someone else will be able to help ~ will pm you with scanning info and hope that's helpful
