This is very probably William's baptism:
"William son of John Newton of Lidgate Spinner by Hannah his wife"
the date is 10th June 1787 at St Mary, Oldham

William's will is extremely detailed and enabled me to piece together the families. He very helpfully states:
"And as to one other eighth part or share thereof upon trust to pay the same unto my nephew James Newton of London (who married my daughter Jane) for his own absolute use "
His daughter Jane had already died.

Therefore OH is descended from both William Newton and his older brother Joseph Newton.
