I've found a Parish Record where Lucy remarried after Fredericks death.
She married Robinson Brabon widower on 5 March 1900 in Warrington and gave her father's name as Edward Madeley, Police Officer. Still unable to find a marriage for Lucy Madeley/Parker to a Frederick Hogg (would have been after Edward Parker died aged 28 Q1 1880 at Chesterfield). Thank you all for taking the time to help.
