1862 was a bad year for Ann. She had twin sons, Robert and Joseph, in January. Robert died a week after birth and then Joseph died in April.
In October Ann's older brother William Mealing killed his pregnant fiancee and in December he was tried and found innocent on the grounds of insanity. Prior to living with Sarah, William had been a lodger with William Williams' parents Joseph & Elizabeth.

Rendcomb burial, a possible child of William and Ann: Williams, Sarah (Woodmancote, N Cerney) 11/3/1868 (4 months)

Ann died of flooding after childbirth. I haven't found a live birth registration so can only conclude the baby was born dead.
