There is an Annie Urquhart birth registration listed in Skene in 1874 on Scotland's People; have you already checked that one?

She is listed as Ann not Annie.
I have saved the image for you if you want it.

I would appreciate the image if you still have it - I found the record, then realised I have 29 credits but they are out of date and I would need to buy another 30 to activate the 29, which I probably won't use, phew!!!
