The marriage is on ancestry in the LMA records:

21 May 1877 at Poplar All Saints:
Thomas Wyatt, full age, bachelor, labourer, residence Poplar, father Joseph Wyatt, labourer.
Hannah Louisa Welch, full age, spinster, residence Poplar, father John Welch, carman.
Witnesses Henry George Grout and Jemima Wyatt.

Oh, it looks as though Henry George Grout was married to Jemima Wyatt - a different Jemima, maybe? As they got married in 1874 - but anyway, doesn't help with Hannah.

I found a possible family in 1871 but no father to check whether his name is John or not:
2a Compton Place, Pancras
Ellen Welsh Head Wid 40 Charwoman Ireland
John Do Son Un 13 Dyer St Pancras
James Do Do 9 Scholar Do
Hannah Do Daur 14 Servant Do
Honora Do Do 7 Scholar Do

Oh, that family has a Susannah age 24 in 1881, so I think we can rule them out.

There's a possible death in Lambeth in 1937 but the age is a bit out - 76. Middle initial L.

In 1861 there's an Elizabeth Walsh widow 36 who is a lodger at 17, Tottenham Road, St John At Hackney. The next person is lodger Hannah Walsh aged 5. I'm not entirely sure on the place of birth though. Maybe someone else can read it?

Strangely enough, ancestry's transcription is almost right - it is Shacklewell, which I'd never heard of till I googled it! A district of Hackney:
