The marriage is on FamilySearch, Wendy - William Weaving married Jane Calaway 14 Jun 1803 Tufton, Hampshire.

There are these baptisms on FamilySearch at Tufton:
Mary Weaving 14 Oct 1804 Elizabeth Jane Weaving 21 Dec 1806 parents William and Jane. (And Henry James Weavind born 20 Jan 1815, baptised 10 Feb 1815 at Isleworth, who I expect you have already?) We could try to see if we can find what happened to Mary and Elizabeth Jane and see if that helps at all.

Hmm, there's a William Weavin age 75 at Tufton on the 1841 census, born out of county, so he's likely to be either the William who married Jane Calaway or the father of that William.
