I can fill this in now:

Name - "official" name and what they were known as

Elizabeth Gildart

Date and place of birth

About 1769 Alrewas, Staffordshire

Names of parents

James Gildart and Mary nee Cooper

Date and place of baptism - if applicable

31 Dec 1769 at All Saints, Alrewas, Staffordshire


Details of each of his or her marriages - if any

22 Feb 1795 at All Saints, Alrewas to Samuel Lakin

Probably her whole life at Alrewas, or almost....see next entry

I don't yet have the cert, but I hope it's going to be interesting as she died in Bradford, Yorks and I don't know what she was doing there!

22 Dec 1845 at All Saints, Alrewas, Staffs. Abode reads, "Bradford, Yorkshire, formerly Alrewas"
