Default Strange things happening on ancestry

I keep getting information about how to subscribe when I try to add a record to my tree, although my sub is nowhere near expiry, and it keeps showing that I have a new message but when I go to my messages, there is nothing new. Is anyone else experiencing these glitches? I did manage to add the record to my tree in the end by going on the .com site instead.

Updates?
Instead of the boy with a noose, I got a hopeful gold prospector.
Got a short term sub, and it's frustrating when I can't reach the tree to work on it.

I had the non-existent new message problem a week or two ago.

I have had a problem this afternoon trying to print Australian BMDs. I managed to get about 7 births to print through the Printer Friendly screen but after that all I got were blank pages. It would not let me save the page for printing from my computer later either. I am using the UK version and until yesterday, had no idea there was such a lot of free Australian stuff on there.

Australian BMD's are free from the BMD's own websites so Ancestry couldn't charge.

QLD BMDs on ancestry often have a bit more info that the QLD site which is great.
