Which is a lot earlier than William Joseph’s birth so more children somewhere I would think.

A couple of addresses where he lived from those baptisms:
New Inn Yard on William Joseph's baptism; Swan Yard on Robert's.

Those addresses haven't helped though there are a few baptisms of children that could be William and Sarah's before 1812 at St Matthews, Bethnal Green to early to have either occupation or address on.
