Default Hannah Lakin (Week 7 - FMMM)

7th Dec 1807 at All Saints, Alrewas

18th Aug 1831 at All Saints, Alrewas, Staffs to William Allen, cabinet maker

Occupation(s) - if any
none known of

Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on.
Have all census records:
1841: Barr Srreet, Birmingham, Warwickshire
1851: Russell's Cottages, Horfield, Gloucestershire
1861-1881: Ashley Down Cottages, Horfield, Gloucestershire
1891: Beechwod Villa, Stapleton, Bristol, Gloucestershire (home of youngest daughter)

Date, place and cause of death
16th Jan 1892 at Beechwood Villa,Stapleton of bronchitis

Date and place of burial / cremation.
Unknown. Hannah's husband died the following year (in Horfield, at a different daugher's home) and is buried in Horfield churchyard and has a large gravestone, commemorating his life and that of one of their daughters and one great-granddaughter, but makes no mention of Hannah. I have not been able to check if she was buried at Horfield.

Probably none, unless she was buried/commemorated in Stapleton where she died.

Oooh I remember you asking me how to pronounce Alrewas.
Loads of people get it wrong. For those who don't know it's:

O as in orange

That's funny - When I was typing the above I was trying to remember who had answered when I asked about pronounciation before and was also thinking it was unfortunate that I'd forgotten again (both who and how to pronounce!) lol

It's only about 5 miles away from here. It's where the National Memorial Arboretum is.
