Is this the baptism of their daughter Ann Neil/Neal, who is on the 1851 census with them:

ANN NEIL
Christening:
07 MAR 1819 Saint Peter, Saint Albans, Hertford, England
Father: MATTHEW NEIL
Mother: MARY

I think that is a possibility.......it is 3 years adrift from the year of birth (according to the census) as you can see, the spelling of the surname varies greatly Nealle/Neale/Neal and now Neil
