Default Restore and make into

Can anyone restore this picture and make it into a nice one that can be framed for my ex FIl who is 92 its the only picture that he has of them together and the only one Debs has got of her G. Grandparents

Brilliant Rachel Thank you , is it possible to make people in background disapear or not pet ???

Aha that's lucky

I just did this one ~ slightly pushed for time so I'll look at it again later or tomorrow to see if I've done anything REALLY weird

I've used the ground pattern to obliterate the background because I thought it was interesting and have added a little texture to the background only (not the people).

I've deliberately not cropped it so you have plenty of room to play with, top and sides, if you want to put it in a frame
