Can anyone clean this up and remove the
old lady from background

If you can scan it at 300 dpi or higher then I may be able to do something with it, but it is far too small at the moment.

Also it needs to be at a scale of 100% at least and if you're using Photobucket then do ensure that the file size option is set at the maximum ~ for the free account that's 1MB

FOR PHOTO RESTORATIONS, PLEASE SCAN AT 300-600 dpi AND AT LEAST 100% SCALE.
