It's John Claude Hamilton again!

Here he is:

It's been brought to our attention that there is some additional writing on the photo at the end of the word 'regards' running diagonally at right angles to it.

OH and I have fiddled with photoshop trying to enhance the writing (which will probably turn out to be someones shopping list imprinted on the image

), but we can't make it clear enough to make out, so wondered if anyone else can?

Here's the corner of the photo scanned at 1200 dpi.

First word looks like Love but I can't read the rest.

Oh yea, just looked at it again, sorry wrong bit....hmm Love yes but the rest is a mystery!!

Zoe, thanks for playing with Photoshop - that's what I wanted to do but don't have the expertise! I expect it does say Love something, but now it looks like either "launch" or "Laura" depending on how much I screw my eyes up!!

Thanks to everyone for looking. Until we sent this photo to someone else (who turned out not to be related lol!) we hadn't even realised there WAS more writing than the "Kindest Regards Jack" part!!!)
