So, it looks likely that the name Money comes from Thomas's side of the family, in which case surely this person must be related to him:

Money Parnell (bachelor) married Ellen Rudd (spinster) 6 Dec 1767 Tatterford, Norfolk.

Ooooh, a public tree on ancestry has Money Parnell baptised 29 Mar 1741 East Rudham, parents Richard and Mary. I will check the images on FamilySearch again in a while and post on Thomas's thread.
