Thomas Bond of Probus, miller; pleaded guilty to misdemeanour: fined 6d. Samuel Bray of Marhamchurch, acquitted; Walter Oke of the same, convicted, of misdemeanours: latter fined 1s. John Knight of Crowan, labourer; acquitted of stealing two quarts of honey from Thomas Hicks. It seems he was a Miller:

Although Thomas was the youngest child, he was sole executor of his father's will in 1741.
