Default Ancestry Feedback

I was reading an FB group the other day and the comments there suggest that we provide feedback every single time we have something we don't like, even if it is the same thing over and over.

Ancestry are listening and making changes but without the feedback they don't know what we want.

The group did not mention positives but if there is something you really like I would also do feedback for that too.

In my experience Ancestry is in denial about any tech issues. I've either been fobbed off with a glib response or told it's at my end.

This is to do with the new DNA features, what you do and don't like. There have been changes to thrulines because of the feedback. They wont respond to individual feedback though, so we are talking about different types of feedback.
