Ancestry DNA matches not loading?
I'm getting an error message when trying to load my DNA match list on two different browsers, and my Thru Lines have disappeared and DNA Circles are back. Are others having the same problems?

Never mind, seems to be working again now but I will leave this thread here in case it happens again!

I had that last night but it would put up an error message, flash a few times and it would all load. I've also had DNA circles appear every day since ThruLines came in then it would update and say ThruLines. I'm going to be very shocked if I ever get any DNA circles or Thrulines though. Ancestry wont even answer my query about it.

Well, they are clearly making lots of changes, as I keep getting File not Found.
Currently, neither trees nor blue dots are displayed.

There is a message at the top of the screen at the moment:
You may be experiencing some intermittent service with the Ancestry.co.uk website. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. |

I think it has something to do with Chrome, I haven't tested the laptop yet but it comes and goes on the Samsung tablet using Chrome but I also have Firefox on tablet and tried that and it is working.
There is a message under the the New Improved DNA message in Ancestry, Lab on Extras about Chrome it may have always been there but I never noticed it and it has always worked on Samsung tablet Chrome up until yesterday. oh for gods sake I am now getting this message on the Laptop Microsoft Edge and FireFox when I try to access Ancestry Labs "502 Bad Gateway The server, while acting as a gateway or proxy, received an invalid response from the upstream server it accessed in attempting to fulfill the request. Click here to go back to Ancestry home page" The rest seem to be working okay. Last edited by maggie_4_7; 08-03-19 at 08:36. |
