Default Emmets Matthews 1801-1875

Emmets' unusual name is probably after his maternal grandmother, Anne Emmets.

Baptism
He was baptised in Whichford, Warwickshire on 4 Sep 1801. His mother was baptised the same day, though she'd been married in the church and already had one child.

1827 Emmets married Eliza Nash in Whichford. The marriage certificate states he was "of the parish of Long Compton".
