There is an Elizabeth, daughter of John and Marget Bilen (or Bilon?) baptised 4 Aug 1765 at Hindringham (from Archdeacon's Transcripts), could be Martha's sister? I haven't managed to spot pre-1764 Hindringham baptisms yet on FamilySearch.

There is a Margaret Billing, widow, late Margaret Long, spinster, who married Edwd Arnold, widower, 22 Feb 1785 at Hindringham. Witnesses John Wisker and Mary Plumb. (From FreeREG and FamilySearch)

Also John Bilen, child, died 4 Dec 1765 Hindringham (from FreeREG).

Marriage 18 May 1760 at St Botolph, Grimston - John Billing, bachelor, married Margaret Long, spinster (from FreeREG).

Of course there is nothing yet to prove that Martha belonged to this family.
