Default 1901 census look up please

I've found a man on the 1911 census Frank Newick b 1871 Ash Priors Somerset
married to Ellen b 1879 Somerset.

the census says they have 3 children, all alive but it lists 4 children:
NEWICK, Dorothy b 1904 Somerset
NEWICK, Lila b 1907 Somerset
NEWICK, George b 1909 Somerset
NEWICK, Florie b 1900 Somerset

This is the order they are written on.

What I don't know is whose child Florie is. It says daughter on the census but I'm wondering if she is Ellen's child.

I have found a marriage for Arthur Frank Newick to Ellen Lewis 1903 Bristol Gloucestershire and he was born Arthur Francis Newick.

I don't have an ancestry sub at the moment so could someone please try to find these people on the 1901?

I can't find Frank (or Athur or Francis) in 1901.

There is a possible for Ellen Lewis with parents but without knowing the fathers name, just a guess.

There are two marriages for Arthur F Newick - the one you found in 1903 and one in 1896 in Barton Regis district to either Mary Ann Crocker or Sarah Anne E Bryant.

I think Alfred married Mary Ann Crocker as they are tog in 1901:

RG13; Piece: 2398; Folio: 114; Page: 22 and they have a dau Florence aged 2. Their surname has been transcribed as Nurick!

This could be Mary Ann's death with the Wales connection:

Deaths Mar 1902
Newick Mary Ann 30 Pontypridd 11a 306

which also means she is a candidate for the mother of the other spare Mary Ann Newick you found as niece in 1911, who was b in the same Q and district as this death.

Merry that's great, although a bit sad for Mary Ann, both of them. I can't see the census but will make note of it for when I get another sub.

I have gone through the 1911 census and all other brothers that I could find had no room for spares. There are 2 brothers that I couldn't find, for certain, so I didn't know if Mary belonged to one of them. But this situation makes a lot more sense.
