Default William Berry & Mary Magdalene Bachellier

Mary Magdalene was b 15 Feb 1752 and baptised as Marie Madeleine Bachellier, daughter of Paul and Marie 10th March 1752 at Threadneedle Street French Huguenot Church in the City of London.

Mary Magdalene married 27th Feb 1781 St Dunstan Stepney William Berry. Witnesses were her brother and sister-in-law Peter and Anne Bachellier and Jacob Fine.

I don't know anything of William - he was probably a weaver and more than likely of a Huguenot family.

They had a daughter Mary baptised in 1782 in Bethnal Green, followed by a daughter Mary Magdalene and son William in 1789 and 1792 at St Sepulchre, Newgate (address Bear Alley, now under Holborn Viaduct) and another son John in 1795 at St Botolph Aldgate (address Petticoat Lane). I can't find any other children to fill the 1783-88 gap.

Mary Magdalene died in 1818 and was buried 25 Jun at St Matthew Bethnal Green, of Hare Street and aged 66. Of her children, I only know of John's fate
