Hello Mary! Nice to see you back.

There is Langridge family here in Bournemouth. As a teen I used to chambermaid at a hotel where a couple called Langridge would come everyday in their Rolls for lunch! Then when I started working in a bank a few years later I discovered one of my colleagues had the same maiden name and was Mr L's niece or cousin (I've forgotten now, but this was 30+ years ago). I still occasionally see her in Tesco!

As for the couple in Bristol I didn't get much past finding the wife was nee Wedlock which I thought was a nice name, but I haven't found any marriages between Wedlock or Langridge with Sa(u)nders, nor between those names and the various possible surnames I had on my shortlist for my Elizabeth's mother. As I went on with it I began to feel I was getting nowhere and so left it. After all, if I found a connection but that isn't my Elizabeth then I could be making things worse!!
