Re Ancestry DNA Results
I have an Ancestry account, I ordered a test and I see the results.
Mr Nomad was persuaded to do a test after his mate did one and got some very interesting results. He sent off for the kit and when it arrived, he just did the test and sent it off, immediately and told me afterwards *sigh*. He's now getting e mails from Ancestry telling him he's got matches and asking him to set up an account and pay his subs so he can see them. He's not interested ... but I am! Is there a way I can attach his DNA results to my account? Thanks

Yes, he needs to have his own account but he can appoint you as the "manager" of his DNA results:

Own account and pay a sub presumably ...

No, he doesn't need a sub. Once he makes you manager (or viewer, or collaborator) you can easily use your own sub to access his DNA matches etc.

Exactly what I did for my Dad, Kite. I used my Gmail account to set up an Ancestry Account for him and made myself his manager. Though, I did it all before I sent off for his test kit.

Thanks all. I will investigate further.
