Thanks again everyone - that Thomas JARN certainly is a probable ? and just to let you know - the Landlady was over the moon with the ship crew list and photograph of the sailing ship "Philomene " - she is getting it enlarged and framed for her pub - which is called "The Mariners " - how ironic - and now her brothers and sisters and cousins are all addicted to their Ancestors ...thank you all very much - I am flavour of the week with her ,,,lol

lol Good to hear!

The ship 'John Milford' was a 42 ton coasting schooner, moored at Copper Works Dock, Llanelly (Llanelli) on census night (7 Apr 1861)

Just realised the vessel wasn't called 'John Milford'! That's how Ancestry have transcribed it, but it was actually called 'John' and belonged to the port of Milford (presumably Milford Haven)
