Occupation(s) - if any None

Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, and then Horsleydown / Bermondsey in London
Date, place and cause of death About 1827
Date and place of burial. Not found
Details of will / administration of their estate - if applicable Not likely to be any as she died before her husband
Memorial inscription - if any Not found

Mary's second husband wrote a will dated 22 Mar 1827 which was evidently after Mary's death and I would think probably soon after her death, but as her youngest child that I know of was born in 1821, she could have died any time between 1821 and 1827.

FMP now lists the burial of Mary Ferrier, age 44, at Gorleston with Southtown, Suffolk, in 1825. Surely that must be her.

Though the British Newspaper Archive is coming up with death notices around 24 - 28 Dec 1825 for Mrs Ferrier, wife of Capt, Ferrier, age 56, at Southtown. I haven't looked at the images yet to see if that's really what it says, but since the age on the burial is supposed to be 44 I still think it is her. Her husband would have been 56 at the time.

The death notice here : Bury and Norwich Post 28 December 1825 - does say aged 56. (Mrs Ferrier wife of Capt Ferrier of Southtown).

Thanks, Merry. I still think it must be her though.
