Missing death (New GRO index)

I can't find this in the new GRO index.

There is an Elizabeth Ann Hird with that same ref on Freebmd and the GRO index but that can't be the same person/alias as the ages don't match.

I'm trying to confirm if Edith A F Hird is Edith Annie Fawcett Hird.

Can anyone find her entry in the death index?
