There are a few possible baptisms on Lancs OPC but I think the most likely is 6 Mar 1736/7 at St Michael on Wyre, Alice Hoole, daughter of Cuthbert Hoole, abode Sowerby. I have a Margaret Hoole elsewhere in OH's tree who I think is probably also Cuthbert's daughter. But unfortunately neither of them seems to have named a son Cuthbert, though I need to check the name of George and Alice's son baptised 20 Jan 1765 at Broughton as I have him down as "unknown". (Both Lancs OPC and FamilySearch only give surname so it looks likely that the first name is illegible in the PRs.)

Edit - I've checked the image and that child was Thos.
