Tuesday, November 10 1835
MARRIAGE EXTRAORDINARY! At Strabane, on the 31st ult by special license, John McCaffrey, Esq to Margaret, relict of the late Neal McGurk, Esq. The bridegroom is 96 years of age, and the happy fair one 93. Each of the parties has been six times married.


Imagine trying to trace all their marriages... in Ireland!

I hope the marriage service omitted the part relating to marriage being for the procreation and bringing up of children!
