What a weird numbering scheme - it must have caused confusion to have 2 of each number.

At various times from the 1880s family members were living at 25, 27 and 32 Brownlow Road. I've never seen any of them described as Ada Cottage, though.

A trawl through the 1861 and 1871 census hasn't thrown up any likely candidates, but I'm sure there must be a connection.
