John Parkins
Not much to go on for this chap.
Probably born about 1800 in Devon, England His daughter's marriage cert gives his name. Occupation: labourer. His daughter is here:Mary Ann Perkins and yes, I do know the spelling isn't the same  I only have his name on Mary Ann's marriage cert (11.11.1841).
