There doesn't seem to be any actual news in it, does there?

Don't know why he says:

The real mystery is, not who was Eleanor Rigby, but who were F & E Rigby, the parents of the 2 year-old child buried in the same grave? Perhaps the members of the LostCousins Forum can come up with the answer?
As it took me about one minute to locate the most likely parents Frederick Rigby and Elsie M Whitfield who married in 1923 in West Derby, had dau Doris W Rigby in 1924 in Liverpool District. Of course this may be the wrong couple, but someone would have to show they are not the ones before there is any sort of mystery. (I suppose I've not googled, so maybe it's all over the internet that they are not the right couple! )

EDIT _ Must be a bit slow today as when I typed Whitfield above I though "seen that name before somewhere", not remembering it was the maiden name of Eleanor Rigby Whitfield! They are not sisters though. Maybe that's the mystery? I can't be bothered with it any more at the moment though......

The father's of Eleanor and Elsie are brothers (Arthur and Amos Whitfield)
Of course Elsie's husband, Frederick Rigby, may be related to Eleanor's mother, but that's a step too far when I'm supposed to be cooking the dinner!

Frederick Rigby's grandfather, Thomas Rigby, was brother to the John Rigby on the gravestone.
