Default Thomas Hone Baptism

Could someone check this on Ancestry for me:

London Baptism for Thomas Hone on 5/1/1840
Westminster St. Margaret, parents James and Ann, Wheelwright, Coburg Row.

Am I seeing things, or does the date on the original say 1894? In fact, aren't all the dates on that page in the 1890's?

No, that's the entry number. The year at the top is shown as 1840.
