FMP now lists the burial of Mary Ferrier, age 44, at Gorleston with Southtown, Suffolk, in 1825. Surely that must be her.

Though the British Newspaper Archive is coming up with death notices around 24 - 28 Dec 1825 for Mrs Ferrier, wife of Capt, Ferrier, age 56, at Southtown. I haven't looked at the images yet to see if that's really what it says, but since the age on the burial is supposed to be 44 I still think it is her. Her husband would have been 56 at the time.

The death notice here : Bury and Norwich Post 28 December 1825 - does say aged 56. (Mrs Ferrier wife of Capt Ferrier of Southtown).

Thanks, Merry. I still think it must be her though.
