Elizabeth Middleton was baptised 14 Jul 1745 at Stone, Staffordshire, daughter of Vernon and Elizabeth, nee Hesser

They married 3 Nov 1766 at Penkridge, Staffordshire and had five sons and three daughters baptised at Penkridge.

Elizabeth was buried 13 Feb 1814 at Penkridge aged 68 and Sampson 11 Apr 1815 at Penkridge aged 79
