Default Confused in Sheffield

I've made a breakthrough on my paternal line

Slightly confused however;

Marriages Mar 1864 (>99%)

Gregory James Sheffield 9c 295
Turner Sarah Sheffield 9c 295

Having traced Sarah through to 1911 as above I looked at the Ibbotson household in 1901

I can't find the marriage of William Ibbotson to Alice, anyone with better eyes or ideas than mine around just now?

Thanks, finally found it, not sure why but freebmd wasn't playing ball with me.

Now wondering which Wm Ibbotson it is in the 1881!! He's the sideshoot but the families seemed to take on the widowed in laws with this lot.

FamilySearch has the marriage listed as 25 Apr 1898 at St Thomas, Crookes, Sheffield, with their fathers' names as William Ibbotson and James Gregory.

Looks likely, the only other one in the area is the son of a solicitor and a year or two older

ii. 2. Alice Gregory was born 1877 in Sheffield, Yorks and died 1907 in Sheffield, Yorks
iii. Lucy Gregory was born 1880 in Sheffield, Yorks

v. Harry Gregory was born 1891 in Sheffield, Yorks

2. Alice Gregory was born 1877 in Sheffield, Yorks and died 1907 in Sheffield, Yorks. She married William Ibbotson 25 Apr 1898 in St Crookes, Sheffield. He was born 1877 in Sheffield, Yorks.
