Default Death Reg for twins

Never come across this before:

What does it mean when twins death registrations are identical?

I've had twins die in the same quarter where their page numbers are one apart, which I assumed meant both their deaths were registered at the same time, but never had twin deaths where the page numbers were the same.

There are 4 deaths to a page in a death register, or is it 8?
