If anyone wants a feel for some of the records, look in the NC records at Guestwick. Absolutely fascinating, esp the chap who got chucked out for commiting adultery with his dil!

Disgusting!
I'm very happy, as I've been able to look at transcripts for various parishes where the original registers have been difficult to read. I've found two more children for my gt x 3 grandparents John Dunt and Kezia Seals. Their eldest son was called Adam and eldest daughter Eve! One day I hope they'll be indexed and I'll be able to find Kezia's baptism and go further back on her line.

Has anyone successfully found a marriage bond?
Durham's are in date order but the Norfolk ones don't appear to be, struggling to find my 6 x great grandparents for 1757.
