Can someone clear up the tears?

Can anyone fix this for me please?

I'm so miffed my nan was going to give it to me over 20 yrs ago but I didn't take it as it would get ruined being ripped out of the album.... Then someone came along and what did they do? rip it out
I've had to snag it off of face book so I hope it is big enough?
